Meganite Warranty MEGANITE Incorporated hereby warrants to the original residential and/or commercial purchaser of MeganiteTM solid surface components and sinks to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of ten years from the date of initial installation. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness or usage for a particular purpose. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and may be transferred. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered.
