MEGANITE INC. hereby warrants to the original residential and/or commercial purchaser
of Meganite® acrylic solid surface sheets to be free of manufacturing defects for a period
of ten years from the date of initial installation. Meganite Inc¨s liability under the warranty
is limited to the repair and / or replacement of any defective raw material, at its sole discretion,
excluding labor and installation charges.This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser
and may be transferred. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be
required before warranty service is rendered.
